Freeborn

This is the Freeborn Lutheran Church built in 1900. Freeborn was a small Norweigian farming community now part of Stanwood, WA. It now has 164 members but always welcoming any new-comers. The parsonage next door was built in the 20s and now is a day-care. The church has its own cemetary. Very picturesque.

So many close to you, I love to see a cemetary next to the church, it's comforting. Very nice.

Beautiful pictures! I love old churches. I hope the shaker one can be restored. It would be a shame for it to be torn down.
